Gadgets can be upgraded with special parts obtained in the city or by completing quests. The defense system has been revised, adding the ability to dodge and parry in close combat. Successfully applying these during enemy attacks can speed up the cooldown of abilities or lead to a counterattack.

The only thing that doesn’t come automatically from collectibles are combat trophies and a few miscellaneous open world trophies. There are 14 unique districts, each with its own set of objectives to complete before you can unlock fast travel to that part of the map.
